Shipping Policy

Shipping/handling charges will automatically be calculated and added to your cart at checkout. Shipping will be via the carrier of your choice - FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. All online orders ship within 1 business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to arrive. An order confirmation email as well tracking information will be sent to your email upon checkout and shipment.

Please contact us if you still have not received your order after 5-7 business days and we’d be happy to help track your shipment for you.

Sustainability

We only use 100% recyclable shipping materials. And YES, that includes the shipping peanuts. They're biodegradable and can be disposed of through recycling, trash, your backyard compost pile or simply throw in the sink and let the faucet do the rest. They dissolve in water almost instantaneously! Cool, right?

Our jars and lids used to package our delicious spreads & salts are also 100% recyclable AND reusable.

Besides offering BOPIS as an eco-friendly alternative to shipping, we also take a percentage of every order and use it to offset carbon emissions through various different projects and initiatives.

Upon checkout, just select the BOPIS option and follow the prompts. You’ll then receive an email confirming your order is ready for pick-up during business hours at your earliest convenience.
