Return Policy

Due to the nature of perishable goods and all applicable food safety laws, we do not accept any return requests of a personal nature (such as disliking the flavor, or if a customer changes their mind) at this time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on egift cards either.

Damage/Issues/Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception. All shortages, incorrect products, and/or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with picture documentation of said incidents.

If we are at fault for any incidents listed above, we will send you replacements within 1-2 business days thereafter. You may keep the original products.

Refunds
Once we’ve validated any/all claims of damaged/incorrectly received goods, you may opt for replacement products or a full refund back to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve submitted your refund and you still have not received it,  please contact us at info@thesmallbatchkitchen.com.
