We strive to buy non-GMO, organic or sustainably grown produce. We work with many local growers, sourcing our produce as close to our kitchen as possible.
Frecon Farms: Boyertown, PA
Cherries, Peaches, Apples, Pears
Frecon Farms is a family owned orchard in Boyertown, PA. Small Batch Kitchen sources all of our tree fruits (cherries, peaches, apples, pears) from Frecon Farms. Frecon utilitizes IPM growing practices on their orchard.
Living hope farm: Harleysville, PA
Strawberries, Basil
Living Hope Farm is a non-profit, community-oriented agricultural farm located in Harleysville, PA. Small Batch Kitchen sources all of our strawberries and some of our herbs (especially basil) from Living Hope Farm. LHF is a Certified Naturally Grown farm and also operates a CSA.
Lancaster farm fresh cooperative: Lancaster, PA
Hot Peppers, Garlic, Herbs
Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative is a non-profit organic farmer’s cooperative of over 100 family farmers headquartered in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Small Batch Kitchen sources most of our herbs, peppers, and garlic from the Cooperative. LFFC works with local and organic farmers.
Round guys brewing company: Lansdale, PA
Beer: IPA and Seasonal Flavors
Round Guys Brewing Company specializes in brewing rich hop flavored IPAs to tasty chocolate malt flavored porters. Small Batch Kitchen sources all our IPA Beer from Round Guys, and works with them to provide seasonal flavored beer spreads throughout the year.
